  • Inspire and motivate store cashiers to perform at their best.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Implement and uphold established daily operational protocols to maintain a clean, well-stocked, organized, and appealing store environment.
  • Ensure that all products are stocked, displays are visually appealing, accurately priced, and safely arranged.
  • Maintain brand image standards to successfully pass evaluations.
  • Supervise and manage all store personnel, including disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Monitor competitor pricing in the retail gasoline market.
  • Complete daily reports and data entry as required by management.
  • Track cash discrepancies, inventory loss, and drive-offs on a daily basis.
  • Conduct regular store meetings with employees, ensuring at least one meeting per month.
  • Possess the physical capability to perform all cashier duties as needed.
  • Understand and analyze daily operational reports.
  • Adhere to and enforce all company policies and established procedures within store operations.
  • Implement monthly promotions and ensure all point-of-sale advertising is displayed correctly and timely.
  • Communicate and execute all pricing adjustments and markdowns as directed.
  • Report any issues regarding merchandise pricing to management.
  • Implement and enforce all merchandising and vendor policies and procedures.
  • Address all safety and security concerns, reporting any unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Conduct regular safety and security meetings, documenting attendance with employee signatures.
  • Report and manage all incidents or accidents involving employees or customers.

Qualifications:

Preferred candidates will have a college education and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience, particularly in grocery and hot food operations, along with experience in ordering merchandise.
