Purpose of the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Coordinator. This role involves handling multiple projects, working with clients, internal teams, and outside vendors. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and project coordination skills, with experience working in POS production or sales a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Operate, collect, organize, document, and communicate key project details to ensure client requests and projects are delivered flawlessly.
  • Client Liaison: Manage and act on daily communications as a liaison between the client and internal teams, including receiving and organizing incoming order requests with a significant amount of detail and urgency.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal Design, Client, and Production teams to achieve optimum results.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for Account Manager and Project Manager, including daily correspondence, data entry, order processing, and managing invoicing process/documentation.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of direct client interfacing experience
  • 1+ year of project coordination experience
  • Proficient in job control software and client e-Store
  • Strong communication skills with all levels of the organization and externally with customers and vendors
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Outstanding attention to detail and dedication to excellent results in abbreviated timelines
  • Experience excelling in fast-paced, high-energy environments
  • Highly proficient in MS Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of retail displays, manufacturing, or print production a plus
