Role Overview

We're seeking an Account Coordinator to join our team and ensure operational excellence for our biggest customers. As a Flock Ops expert, you'll build strong relationships, grow our business, and increase profits. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Account Managers to support customer relationships and handle day-to-day operational needs.
  • Take ownership of daily account operations from quotes to invoices, ensuring quoting SLAs are met and executed.
  • Strategically accept or reject freight to maximize profitability and ensure scheduling SLAs are met and executed to optimize for coverable time.
  • Handle customer needs, internal escalations, and resolve issues quickly, managing load boards, coverage, escalations, and timely issue resolution.
  • Ensure successful billing, manage rates, fuel surcharges, and resolve billing issues, maintaining SOPs for all customers and meeting service expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Flexibility to work after-hours, weekend shifts, and holidays as needed
