Role Summary
We are recruiting an accomplished Residential Property Marketing Manager to enhance our team's performance at The Vincent Koo Team.

As a key contributor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to showcase properties effectively, driving quick sales and maximizing revenue.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating engaging content to promote listings across various digital platforms.
  • Collaborating with Buying Agents to ensure smooth deal closures and secure long-term relationships.
  • Leading marketing efforts to improve brand awareness and increase online visibility.
  • Tracking progress and analyzing results to optimize future campaigns.
Essential Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you must have:

  • A strong understanding of CRM software and its applications.
  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being organized and self-motivated.
  • Experience in creating compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Able to efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills to evaluate campaign success.
Estimated Annual Compensation: $90,000 - $150,000
