Listings and Sales Representative

We are recruiting an accomplished Residential Property Marketing Manager to enhance our team's performance at The Vincent Koo Team.
As a key contributor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to showcase properties effectively, driving quick sales and maximizing revenue.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating engaging content to promote listings across various digital platforms.
- Collaborating with Buying Agents to ensure smooth deal closures and secure long-term relationships.
- Leading marketing efforts to improve brand awareness and increase online visibility.
- Tracking progress and analyzing results to optimize future campaigns.
To excel in this position, you must have:
- A strong understanding of CRM software and its applications.
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, as well as being organized and self-motivated.
- Experience in creating compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Able to efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate campaign success.
