About the Role

We are looking for an aggressive and professional-minded Wine Sales representative to join our team in Brooklyn, NY. As a Wine Territory Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with off and on-premise accounts to promote our wine portfolio and increase product placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Calling on off and on-premise accounts to give successful presentations for decision-making buyers that result in the sales of wine and/or spirits.
  2. Maintaining, developing, and growing sales by working directly with retailers.
  3. Planning and executing a daily schedule of sales calls via a pre-determined account run management objectives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three years of wholesale experience, or commensurate experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Basic knowledge of wine, including new and old world wines, and a desire to expand wine education.
  • Ability to create opportunities and close sales through effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive employment package, including a monthly car/travel expense allowance, 401k, health insurance, and other incentives.
