The Night Auditor is responsible for conducting nightly audits and assisting guests with their inquiries and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute and manage daily audit processes.
2. Generate and distribute daily operational reports.
3. Address guest requests and concerns throughout the night.
4. Prepare arrival reports for the next day.
5. Initiate system interfaces as required.
6. Verify and manage overnight parking charges.
7. Ensure wake-up calls are properly set and executed.
8. Compile revenue center details.
9. Transition expected arrivals and no-shows to the following day.
10. Update hotel date, and post room and tax charges.
11. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least one year of experience in customer service or guest relations is preferred.
Work Environment:
The role requires the ability to stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods. The position may involve working in challenging conditions and requires the use of protective equipment. Employees may need to navigate slippery or uneven surfaces and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
