Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Guest Services Representative to join our team at the Rochester Convention Center Management Corp. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our control office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, staff, and vendors
  • Monitor and respond to various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Coordinate with event staff and vendors to ensure seamless event execution
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, incidents, and facility operations
  • Collaborate with security and safety teams to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including lighting, doors, and skyway systems
  • Assist with special events and projects as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
