Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Agent to join our team at Compass Group, North America. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Resolve guest challenges and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities, upselling products to guests as needed.
  • Assist with check-out payments and charges, accepting and recording various forms of payment.
  • Balance and drop receipts according to accounting specifications.
  • Provide guests with information about the facility, services, and amenities.
  • Receive and respond to special requests from guests, escalating to appropriate team members as needed.
  • Promptly answer telephone and email inquiries, retrieving and forwarding messages to/from guests.
  • Field and resolve guest complaints or escalate for resolution to appropriate departments.
  • Assist guests in emergency situations.
  • Maintain adequate supplies and functional equipment at the Front Desk.
  • Perform special assignments as deemed by the GM, Guest Services Manager, or Manager on Duty.
