Position Summary

Grunt Style is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to enhance our customer service experience. In this position, you will interact with customers, handle transactions, maintain inventory, and ensure a positive shopping atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers as they enter the store.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience by informing them about promotions, new products, and sales opportunities based on conversations.
  • Foster a lively and inviting shopping environment.
  • Manage multiple tasks while remaining attentive to customer needs and adaptable to business demands.
  • Assist customers directly and provide support as needed.
  • Boost sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product expertise.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm and knowledge about all Grunt Style merchandise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets.
  • Assist in organizing shipments, back stock, and restocking efforts.
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards and expectations.
  • Process transactions, returns, and exchanges using the point of sale system.
  • Report to and take direction from the assigned supervisor.

Education and Experience

Work Environment

This role operates in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting. Flexibility in scheduling may be required based on management needs or project demands.

Physical Requirements

The position involves frequent movement, communication, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Occasional bending, kneeling, crouching, and climbing may be necessary.

Position Hours

Operational hours are Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 12 PM to 6 PM. Availability for various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, is expected.
