About the Role:

As a Math Education Specialist, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and working collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting. You will assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions, communicate student progress with parents and guardians, and teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium MethodTM, terminology, and teaching practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
  • Assess students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
  • Communicate student progress with parents and guardians
  • Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium MethodTM, terminology, and teaching practices
  • Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
  • Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Passion for math and working with students
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and be trained
  • Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
  • Ability to balance leadership and instructional responsibilities
