Key Responsibilities

  • Generate accurate estimates and proposals for construction projects.
  • Obtain bidders lists for scoped and estimated projects.
  • Pursue bid projects with timely follow-up and awareness of project status.
  • Assist clients with project and product inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Project Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the building/construction/property industry.
  • Experience with conceptual estimating.
  • Ground-up project knowledge and experience.
