Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  1. Managing executive calendars and scheduling appointments.
  2. Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas.
  3. Documenting meeting minutes and action items.
  4. Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  5. Facilitating building access requests.
  6. Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
  7. Supporting the preparation of expense reports.
  8. Performing additional administrative duties as required.

Essential Skills:

Candidates must possess strong administrative capabilities and demonstrate proficiency in:

  • Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
