Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
- Managing executive calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas.
- Documenting meeting minutes and action items.
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Facilitating building access requests.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Supporting the preparation of expense reports.
- Performing additional administrative duties as required.
Essential Skills:
Candidates must possess strong administrative capabilities and demonstrate proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
