We are currently seeking a motivated Senior Project Management Leader to become a vital part of our dynamic Client Services team. This role focuses on overseeing all phases of EMR or RCM project life cycles, from initiation through to completion, for our enterprise clientele. This is a unique opportunity to engage in strategic initiatives while delivering top-tier software implementation consulting within a fast-paced Healthcare IT environment. The Project Manager will embody our core values, emphasizing agility, effectiveness, trust, and innovation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic development and execution of projects aimed at delivering products or services from conception to completion for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Training Services, Technology Services, and Operations teams to streamline processes and exceed client expectations.
  • Engage with all stakeholders impacted by the project, including clients and various service departments.
  • Occasionally travel for project-related activities, including kick-offs and status updates, with travel requirements up to 25%.
  • Oversee and coordinate all strategic project elements.
  • Plan and manage schedules for Training and Technology Services.
  • Identify implementation challenges and risks, developing solutions to ensure productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Create detailed work plans, timelines, and status reports, and facilitate executive steering committee meetings as necessary.
  • Work in tandem with internal and external vendors to ensure project execution aligns with scope and timelines.
  • Proactively assess potential escalations and mitigate issues before they reach leadership.
  • Recommend and implement solutions to project-related challenges.
  • Drive the transition from sales to implementation and ongoing operational support, working closely with the Sales and Operations teams.
  • Manage all project amendments and quote generation within Salesforce and CPQ.
  • Monitor the implementation process, providing regular status updates to both internal and external management teams.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and internal teams regarding implementation activities.
  • Stay informed about healthcare service implementations and CRM/Project Management technologies.
  • Complete all relevant training and certifications for career progression.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
  • PMP Certification is required.
  • Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience, with at least 2 years in a business context, and experience in clinical environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Cloud Coach, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
  • An articulate individual with excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • A decisive leader with a strategic mindset and strong operational focus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed based on project demands.
  • A self-motivated individual who can work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaborative skills to define business process challenges, analyze efficiencies, and implement effective solutions.
  • An agile mindset focused on ensuring client success.
