Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in senior project or portfolio management positions, specifically within a technical setting.
  • Proven track record of effectively handling large and intricate technical projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Background in portfolio management, including project prioritization, resource distribution, and strategic planning.
  • Outstanding leadership and team supervision skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards project success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset, dedicated to delivering projects within set timelines and budgets.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Familiarity with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) methodology, adept at aligning project goals with company OKRs, as well as measuring and reporting progress and outcomes accordingly.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering). A Master's degree is a bonus.
