Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Leader at Bohler, you will:
- Receive the infrastructure and support to effectively manage your client portfolio with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Enhance both your personal brand and the Bohler brand through active engagement in the local marketplace.
- Act as the primary coordinator in guiding the direction and scope of your clients' projects.
- Mentor, train, and develop your team of Assistant Project Managers and designers.
- Encourage and empower your team to achieve new levels of success, providing opportunities for career advancement.
- Serve as a true business partner to your clients, attentively listening to their needs and leveraging your team's technical expertise to help them realize their development objectives.
- Represent your clients during key project milestones, including public presentations and hearings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
