Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead store operations and supervise store crews to ensure efficient execution of store tasks and activities.
  • Effectively communicate with store management and crews to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and promoting a positive shopping experience.
  • Manage merchandise, including pricing, stocking shelves, and executing displays and inventory.
Requirements:
  • Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
  • Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, and respond to urgent issues at the store.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a retail supervisor.
Education:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
