Customer Service Consultant - Job Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments with clients
  • Welcome customers and ensure they feel valued
  • Collaborate with customers and technicians to determine necessary services based on vehicle service history
  • Advise customers on essential and recommended services and associated costs; inform them of any current promotions
  • Calculate costs for replacement parts and labor
  • Address customer inquiries and needs promptly and professionally
  • Conduct a thorough re-delivery check of customer vehicles, ensuring cleanliness and that all requested services have been completed
  • Review customer satisfaction survey results with the service manager
  • Meet the dealership's standards for service order production
Requirements

Customer Service Consultant - Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience as an Automotive Customer Service Consultant and/or in a dealership setting preferred
  • Valid in-state driver's license
  • Professional appearance
  • A personable individual with excellent communication skills
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
  • All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug testing.
