Role Overview: The Luxury Automotive Service Consultant serves as the main liaison for our service clients, guaranteeing a smooth and high-quality service journey. This position demands exceptional communication abilities, a solid grasp of automotive care, and a genuine enthusiasm for the Audi brand. The ideal candidate will be customer-centric, detail-oriented, and adept at juggling various responsibilities.
Key Duties:
- Client Engagement: Welcome clients with warmth, assess their service requirements, and provide precise and comprehensive information regarding their vehicle's status and necessary services.
- Service Management: Organize service appointments, collaborate with technicians, and ensure a prompt and effective workflow within the service department.
- Cost Estimation: Generate and present service estimates to clients, clarifying the scope of work and securing necessary approvals.
- Client Communication: Keep clients updated on the progress of their vehicle's service, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
- Service Record Keeping: Maintain thorough documentation of service visits, including detailed notes on repairs and maintenance performed.
- Service Recommendations: Identify additional service needs and suggest essential maintenance or repairs to clients.

Qualifications:
