Product Led Sales Associate Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team at MongoDB. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the enterprise market.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities with CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and developers
- Become a product expert and understand all components of MongoDB
- Manage your time efficiently and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Partner with our Solution Architects and work closely with the Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Participate in sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp and leadership development programs
- 1-2 years of field experience in quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market
- Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and generate qualified pipeline
- Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
- Skilled in building business champions
- Fluent in English
- Competitive base salary range: $60,008-$60,008 USD
