About the Role

At DevRev, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid-Market Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the mid-market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and nurture larger named accounts, including SMB and mid-enterprise customers, to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with customers throughout their lifecycle, from concept to technical requirements, implementation, adoption, expansion, and paid conversion.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and market trends, analyzing market data and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that add value and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our Growth team to increase product awareness and work with our Product and Engineering teams to share feedback and feature requests.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a closing role, preferably in SaaS, IT, or B2B technology companies.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a proactive and innovative approach to sales, and a willingness to experiment with new strategies and approaches.
  • Strategic thinker, capable of developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and market trends.
  • Autonomous and self-motivated, with a strong ability to work independently and take initiative to drive sales initiatives forward.
  • Passion and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
  • Risk-taker and resilient, with a willingness to embrace risk and overcome setbacks.
  • Customer-centric approach, prioritizing understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions that add value and drive customer satisfaction.
