Job Title: House Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate House Manager to join our team at Redwood Family Care Network. As a House Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day oversight and support to residential services, including training staff and ensuring client needs are met.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure the health, well-being, and safety of clients.
  • Manage staffing and labor hours to provide high-quality care and support to clients.
  • Train and mentor direct support professional staff.
  • Ensure overall quality of care, supervision, and safety of SAILS clients.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to pass a Washington State background check.
  • Active NAR, successful completion of 75 CORE Basic Training, Nurse Delegation, CPR/First Aid, and other state or agency required training or licensing.
  • Current and Active CNA certification.
