Position: Senior Manager, Employee Relations

  • Location: Boston (local candidates preferred)
  • Duration: 5+ months
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with proficiency in French; Portuguese is advantageous.
  • Industry Experience: Background in one or more of the following sectors: pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, commercial sales, or research and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer expert knowledge and implement creative solutions to HR partners and leadership regarding employee relations issues, corrective measures, and performance management.
  • Collaborate across various business units to perform employee relations investigations adhering to established best practices, guidelines, and essential employee relations principles.
  • Partner with the Employee Relations team, HR Business Partners, Legal Department, and other relevant stakeholders to conduct comprehensive and impartial investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and significant policy breaches.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing multiple projects and tasks within a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in French; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
  • Proven track record in process enhancement and improvement.
