Position Overview

The primary objective of this role is to assist both internal and external Merchant and Commercial clients through various communication channels including face-to-face interactions, telephone conversations, and electronic correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Address service-related challenges with professionalism, including intricate issues that may necessitate independent investigation and direct liaison with vendors or clients to achieve effective resolutions.
  • Act as a central point of contact for numerous customer inquiries, ensuring client retention by providing accurate and timely responses to questions and concerns.
  • Independently research and resolve complex tasks and issues by leveraging industry knowledge, experience, and research, particularly in the area of invoice management.
  • Assume a leadership role when necessary to oversee daily operations within the department.
  • Assist team members in navigating more complicated customer and technical scenarios, as well as during both formal and informal training and coaching sessions.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Comprehensive understanding of invoice processing and exception management.
  • Self-motivated and organized individual with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Curious, adaptable, and collaborative team player with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Capability to remain flexible and resilient in various situations, maintaining a positive outlook that aligns with our corporate culture and core values.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or a comparable combination of education and experience is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or related fields is required.

Compensation & Benefits

For individuals applying for this position, please note that the compensation range is estimated between $20.45 and $23.80 per hour. The selected candidate may also be eligible for various employment benefits, including employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans, life insurance, paid vacation, and personal time off.
