Job Opportunity: Cash Applications Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a prominent client in the KC metro to fill a contract position for a Cash Applications Specialist. This role will be a key contributor to the client's financial operations, ensuring seamless invoice management and billing support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage invoice pre-bill binder check-ins and related communications, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Process electronic bills through the eBilling Hub, maintaining compliance with department policies and procedures.
  • Provide billing support, responding to inquiries, opening tickets as needed, and editing pre-bills to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Gather necessary expense backup documents for client invoices, adapting to current and future business needs.
  • Collaborate with the billing team to meet production, quality, and accuracy standards, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality results.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and third parties, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
