Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and guests.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring members receive the assistance they need.
  • Exhibit a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.

Expectations include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting members warmly upon arrival and bidding them farewell as they leave.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and needs promptly.
  • Fostering a welcoming atmosphere within the gym.
  • Utilizing a point-of-sale system efficiently.
  • Answering phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Coordinating consultations for potential members.
  • Understanding and articulating various membership options.
  • Having a basic knowledge of the gym layout and available classes.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of gym equipment as per company standards.

Bilingual candidates are preferred, as effective communication is key to our service excellence.
