Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our Contact Center team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Consumer and Business customers through multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, email, and online banking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers and prospects via phone, chat, email, and online banking.
  • Develop a high level of proficiency with Salem Five's products and digital technology offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support the department's efforts to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Identify and report fraud or suspected fraud occurrences and be aware of fraud engineering threats.
Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor's degree and/or previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Currently looking for people with prior banking/financial services experience.
