Office Specialist 2

This is a full-time, permanent position that provides administrative support to the Security Operations & Reception Center Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Security Operations & Reception Center Manager, including typing, filing, and telecommunications.
- Assist with coordination of admits and discharges, EOC data input/entry, and coordination with Trip Slips.
- Provide customer service to staff and patients, including badging and parking registrations.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Two years of general clerical experience, including keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents.
- An associate degree in any field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
- LED certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire date.
Working Conditions:
This position requires working in a crowded office environment and may be exposed to combative patients/residents and/or angry visitors. May be required to drive in adverse road conditions and work hours that exceed regular schedule.
