Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge. You will also present the OTF concept to any interested consumers, give studio tours, work hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout, sell memberships to help the studio thrive, follow up on prospective clients, participate in marketing and outreach events, and ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.

Responsibilities
  • Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
  • Present the OTF concept to any interested consumers.
  • Give studio tours.
  • Work hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
  • Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
