As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and repair of sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications. Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to service calls from our Service Resource Center, including equipment/system malfunctions
  • Contact customers to diagnose and repair equipment
  • Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, and fire pumps
  • Follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures and refer to technical manuals and documentation
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and operational manuals
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and district staff
  • Complete service acknowledgements and obtain customer signatures
  • Participate in on-call rotation and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the Fire Sprinkler/Suppression industry
  • Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and operational manuals
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Capable of performing physical labor, including carrying and moving equipment and tools
  • Able to work in unusual positions, such as climbing ladders and scaffolding
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and travel
  • Able to participate in on-call rotation and overnight travel
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service and maintain a positive attitude
  • Possess a valid driver's license and meet company driving requirements
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background and drug test
  • NICET Level II desired
