Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Participate in and oversee assigned department projects to ensure timely completion and quality results
  • Perform advanced account analysis of complex financial transactions to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Prepare comprehensive journal entries, month-end account analysis, and reconciliation of bank accounts and other assigned accounts
  • Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Four (4) years of experience in accounting, budgeting, or financial analysis, with a preference for experience in a healthcare environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of Banner Finance software systems is a plus
