The successful candidate will provide administrative support to multiple College, Department, and Program areas, ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine to moderately complex administrative functions in support of College Administrative Services, Departments, and/or Programs.
  • Provide administrative support to multiple College, Department, and Program areas, including sponsored projects, graduate teaching and research appointments, budgets, and financial transactions.
  • Assist with event planning, faculty support, personnel support, and office administration.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in a related field and three years of experience in administrative support, including coursework in accounting or business.
  • Working knowledge of software applications used to support administrative operations, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and team-collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience and commitment to overall customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with PeopleSoft.
