Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Aston Carter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing service contracts, customer information, and financial data. Your expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, and data analysis will be essential in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service contracts, including setup, transfers, and re-enrollments
  • Manage customer information, including contact details, service contracts, and utilization rates
  • Assist with financial forecasting and data analysis to inform business decisions
  • Develop and coordinate marketing communications and materials
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
  • Experience in customer service and marketing, preferably in a manufacturing or production company
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to self-manage workload and efficiently manage multiple tasks
