Job Summary

The Party Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth by working closely with guests to design and execute memorable events at Urban Air Adventure Parks. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and provide personalized service to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to understand their needs and preferences
  • Design and recommend customized event packages to meet guest expectations
  • Work closely with the Park Team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure seamless event execution
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling event packages
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with park events, promotions, and offerings to provide guests with the latest information and recommendations
