Position Summary:
As a Customer Solutions Associate at Ammeraal Beltech, you will be integral in addressing customer inquiries regarding information, quotes, and orders. Your interactions will span across customers, supervisors, the sales team, and vendors, ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers through various communication channels to process orders for products and services.
- Accurately and promptly managing customer orders.
- Investigating customer order histories and verifying inventory levels.
- Maintaining customer records and coordinating with outside sales personnel on order updates.
- Collaborating extensively with vendors and customers.
- Conducting product inquiries through vendor interactions.
- Creating price quotations and following up on purchasing requests.
- Compiling monthly reports for national accounts.
- Performing various administrative tasks such as answering calls, filing, and emailing.
- Ensuring order accuracy upon receipt of vendor products and managing inventory costs.
- Facilitating stock transfers between different branches.
- Timely processing of customer billing and managing overdue invoices.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
