Program Overview:

The DR3AM'RS Clubhouse Program is dedicated to offering a holistic range of services aimed at assisting children and families facing the challenges associated with substance use and co-occurring disorders. This program is also a Recovery Support Clubhouse catering to members aged 13-17 who are navigating issues related to drug and/or alcohol use.

Our services include educational support regarding substance use, assistance with academic responsibilities, employment readiness, and engaging activities that promote overall health while providing enjoyable alternatives to substance use.


Key Responsibilities:

- Transport children to and from the clubhouse and their homes or schools.

- Collaborate with the clubhouse staff, including the Program Manager and Case Manager, to support members and their families.

- Work closely with adolescents, their families, and counselors to identify individual needs, facilitate conflict resolution, and develop action plans to achieve set goals.

- Participate in field trips at least two Saturdays each month.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of assigned vehicles.

- Report any incidents or accidents to management promptly.

- Engage in training and courses to remain updated on client transportation protocols as mandated by the agency.

- Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared prior to transporting clients.

- Encourage and empower youth to utilize available resources at the clubhouse.

- Attend all training sessions as required.

- Motivate youth to continue their education and address substance-related challenges.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED.

- Ability to operate large vehicles and heavy equipment.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding both English and Spanish.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Bilingual (English & Spanish).

- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.

- Excellent driving skills with the ability to navigate unfamiliar routes.

- Patience and flexibility in dealing with diverse situations.

- Capacity to listen without judgment.

- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.


Requirements:

- Must be able to lift 20 pounds.

- Requires extended periods of sitting and standing.

- Must possess a valid Georgia driver's license and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record compliant with company policy.

- Candidates must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening.
