About the Role:

The Satellite Facility Operations Intern will assist in the planning and execution of events, maintain the cleanliness and organization of our satellite facilities, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our SFO team on ongoing projects and general maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and organization in our satellite facilities, adhering to our Sporting KC standards.
  • Prepare facilities for internal and external rentals, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Support the SFO team with ongoing project lists and general maintenance, contributing to the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Act as a point of contact for SFO special events, rentals, and Sporting KC programs, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Attend all Sporting Kansas City home games and non-soccer related events, representing our organization in a professional manner.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
