Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Manage and maintain a profitable yearly budget, ensuring a healthy cash flow and acceptable rate of return on sales
- Lead a team of sales and administrative staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales and rental targets, making adjustments as needed to meet or exceed goals
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure all branch personnel perform their job duties in a safe manner and follow company policies and procedures
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to build the Satellite brand in the market area
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven leadership and managerial skills, with experience recruiting and developing employees
- Experience with accountability for P&L performance and managing assets in the $15-20mm plus range
- Strong desire to build a successful business and drive revenue growth
- Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer client focus and technical capacity
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven financial management abilities

This position requires a high degree of concentration to manage frequent interruptions while meeting strict deadlines. The ability to perform duties using both typical office equipment and the ability to communicate and perform tasks in a construction/workshop environment is also required.
