Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Manage and maintain a profitable yearly budget, ensuring a healthy cash flow and acceptable rate of return on sales
  • Lead a team of sales and administrative staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales and rental targets, making adjustments as needed to meet or exceed goals
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure all branch personnel perform their job duties in a safe manner and follow company policies and procedures
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to build the Satellite brand in the market area
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven leadership and managerial skills, with experience recruiting and developing employees
  • Experience with accountability for P&L performance and managing assets in the $15-20mm plus range
  • Strong desire to build a successful business and drive revenue growth
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer client focus and technical capacity
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong written and verbal communication skills
