About the Role

The Senior Identity Access Administrator is a critical member of our Security Operations team at Arctic Wolf Co. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage user lifecycle in Okta and various peripheral systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and maintaining a high level of documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure timely resolution of access requests and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Interface with various departments to establish and document access profile standards, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Manage identity in Okta, ensuring accurate and up-to-date user information.
  • Manage access to applications, ensuring that users have the necessary permissions to perform their duties.
  • Build and document access profiles according to departmental, team, and organizational needs, ensuring that access is granted based on business requirements.
  • Provide operational support for Tier 1 and serve as the primary resource for escalations, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed within target timeframes and are consistently of high-quality, meeting the expectations of our customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) required.
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent required.
  • Previous audit and compliance experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in IAM preferred.
