Job Title: Senior Logistics Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team at Insight Global in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Estimated Salary Range:$85,000 - $115,000 per year

About the Role

The Senior Logistics Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in developing and executing supply chain strategies that meet customer KPIs while balancing business goals. This involves analyzing part demands, creating supply plans, and managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term supply chain plans to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize parts requirements based on customer and ramp demands.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, operations, and production teams.
  • Analyze data to anticipate factors influencing demand, such as seasonal slowdowns or promotions, and adjust supply plans accordingly.
  • Work closely with operations and production teams to plan and schedule material movement through the production cycle.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Associates Degree or higher, or 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience with SAP and MS Office products, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle escalations and provide solutions to customers.
  • A collaborative mindset and strong teamwork skills.
