We are seeking a skilled Villas Community Technician to join our team at Hilltop Residential. As a key member of our community maintenance team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the quality and safety of our facilities.

Compensation Package:
$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair community facilities, including apartments, common areas, and amenities.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and prevent accidents.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve maintenance issues and improve overall community performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including service requests and completed tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation.
