Key Responsibilities

As a Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians and overseeing various maintenance projects. Your duties will include completing daily checklists, performing repairs, and maintaining common areas.

You will also be responsible for managing inventory, tracking work orders, and reporting any issues to management. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required for this role.
