Overview

St. Joseph's Villa is a leading provider of autism care services, seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

About the Role

We are committed to providing exceptional support to children with developmental disabilities, and we need an experienced professional like you to help us achieve this goal. As an RBT at St. Joseph's Villa, you will work closely with our clinical team to implement individualized behavior plans, ensuring each student receives the best possible care.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain sight and sound supervision of clients at all times.
  • Ensure appropriate and supportive interaction with clients during daily activities in designated environments.
  • Implement individual behavior plans as designed by the IEP and Clinical Team.
  • Attend scheduled RBT supervision meetings and communicate student behavioral or learning challenges to classroom teachers promptly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma, be at least 21 years old, and hold a valid VA driver's license with an excellent driving record. Additionally, you must have a Registered Behavior Technician credential (active or eligible for reactivation) in the Behavior Analyst Certification Board online RBT registry.
