Key Responsibilities
- Address guest complaints and concerns effectively.
Record Keeping:
Maintain precise records of all guest account details.
- Oversee room reservations through various channels, including in-person, online, and phone inquiries, while providing information about room availability, amenities, rates, special requests, and loyalty programs.
- Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests, ensuring accurate key distribution and credit card processing.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to guarantee rooms are prepared for incoming guests.
Qualifications
- Exhibits outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Comfortable handling phone communications and navigating challenging situations.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in hospitality as a front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service representative.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems is advantageous.
