We are a leading provider of specialized valet parking and front door services for hotels and resorts nationwide. Our team operates and manages parking and front door services at top hotels, including the Waldorf Astoria, Renaissance, Hilton, Marriott, Sofitel, and Hyatt.

Job Summary

The Valet Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of parking guest vehicles while delivering exceptional service. This includes responding quickly to customers' requests, providing caring interactions with all guests, leadership to other Valet staff, and overall support to the Guest Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish positive guest relationships through consistent delivery of customer service.
  • Greet guests in a professional and friendly demeanor upon arrival and departure.
  • Ensure valet attendants provide the highest level of customer service.
  • Provide strong leadership and lead by example to enhance the team's performance.
  • Monitor and maintain efficient traffic flow throughout the valet staging area.
  • Supervise valet operations and resolve issues in the absence of the Guest Service Manager.
  • Retrieve and park vehicles in designated areas cautiously.
  • Follow all appearance standards and attendance requirements.
  • Execute all terms and conditions as set forth in the Evolution Parking & Guest Services Handbook.
  • Adhere to site-specific safety and security procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and neat work environment.
  • Ensure all keys are properly stowed in the key box.
  • Participate in Crescendo Academy and Crescendo Leadership developmental Programs.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree, High School Diploma, or GED required, or relevant working experience.
  • Understanding of general business practices, including accounting, human resources, and customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in valet parking.
  • Valid US Drivers License.
  • 2+ years in a management position.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, such as ADP.
  • Experience with Customer Service.
