Job Title: Guest Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Representative to join our team at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with arrival and departure, providing positive experiences and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Complete registration processes, inputting and retrieving information from our computer system, and confirming guest details in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to provide an exceptional experience to each guest, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments, providing timely and accurate updates.
  • Provide information about our hotel and local area, offering our full range of upscale hotel amenities and services.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all guests and hotel information, ensuring the highest level of security and discretion.
  • Exhibit attention to detail, ensuring the security of guest room access and maintaining accurate records.
  • Document all guest requests, complaints, or problems, notifying designated departments for resolution.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions, processing guest accounts efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring follow-up and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a college degree preferred.
  • Previous hotel Front Desk and Hilton brand experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Weekday, Evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential to the successful performance of this position.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates and guests.
  • Command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and provide excellent follow-up skills and customer service.
