Position Summary:

The Community Manager serves as the essential link between Jeeter and the local budtender community. This role encompasses the strategic planning, budgeting, and flawless execution of educational programs, social events, and community engagements, ensuring that all interactions reflect Jeeter's high standards. Your expertise in communication and organizational skills will significantly contribute to the growth of Jeeter University.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and manage SOPs for Jeeter University events and social gatherings to ensure seamless operations.
  • Event Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of educational sessions and events, overseeing budget management and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Social Engagements: Direct all social hours and hybrid events to strengthen community ties.

Core Duties:

Event Management and Community Engagement:

  • Organize and manage budtender social events, awards, and exclusive promotions to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Create marketing materials and educational resources for Jeeter University.
  • Analyze market trends to design relevant events.
  • Oversee the implementation of budtender initiatives, focusing on cost management and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and monitor budgets for all initiatives, ensuring financial accountability.

Collaboration with Product Development:

  • Engage with the product development team to stay informed about current and upcoming products.
  • Contribute to the creation of educational programs that align with product updates.

Budtender Advocacy:

  • Establish and manage state-specific initiatives to recruit and engage budtender advocates.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Assist in the development of SOPs and ensure documentation is consistent and efficient.
  • Collaborate on updating informational materials for Jeeter University to maintain accuracy.

Survey Management:

  • Design and manage surveys for budtender campaigns to facilitate effective data collection.

Budgeting and Strategic Planning:

  • Work with the Jeeter University team to align budgeting and planning with overall organizational objectives.

Collaborative Efforts:

  • This role requires close collaboration with the Jeeter University team, product development, and educational initiatives to ensure effective execution of all community engagement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • In-depth understanding of wholesale and retail marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including project management tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced business environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience and Education:

  • Minimum of 4 years in team management.
  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing programs and event management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Travel Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel to various locations as needed.
