Job Overview

Pacific Capital Management is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our 70-unit properties in Sacramento, California. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial profitability and value of the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial management: Develop and implement budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures to improve net operating income.
  • Resident relations: Screen applicants, inspect units, and resolve conflicts in a fair and professional manner.
  • Vendor management: Oversee maintenance personnel, contract with vendors, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Staff supervision: Train and develop property team members, provide guidance, and conduct annual evaluations.
  • Community engagement: Foster positive relationships with local community members and tenants.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as an Assistant Community Manager.
  • Thorough knowledge of residential community operations, including budgeting and day-to-day maintenance.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid California Driver's License and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
