Job Overview

Peak Living is seeking a seasoned Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Parkview community.

We are a fast-growing property management company with a strong focus on developing high-quality teams and empowering them to excel in their roles.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support community associates to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure compliance with tax credit requirements and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to drive customer service and leasing standards.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to resident requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract new residents.
  • Prepare and process lease agreements, renewal letters, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Conduct regular reviews of resident files and accounting records to identify unpaid fees and implement collection procedures.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports, including weekly and monthly updates, 3-day demands, and delinquency reports.
  • Organize community events and activities to foster resident engagement and loyalty.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Research and analyze market conditions to ensure rental rates and concessions are competitive.
  • Collect, post, and deposit rents and other community income daily.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager in multi-family housing or a similar industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college education, CAM or ARM certification preferred.
  • Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) or Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to communicate in English.
