The Inclusion Way LLC is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to participate in small group activities in the community.

This role requires a creative and flexible individual who can work effectively with clients and colleagues to discover and facilitate community outings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating community outings and activities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Collaborating with other Pod Leaders to discover and facilitate community outings
  • Working with clients to develop and implement individualized plans for community integration
  • Providing support and guidance to clients as needed
