Job Title: Principal Technical Program Manager, Amazon Marketing Cloud

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Principal Technical Program Manager to lead its efforts in building an Ad Technology suite.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical product management, with experience managing complex global programs in large, multi-national organizations. They will be responsible for developing and deploying a comprehensive program portfolio strategy, aimed at shortening the planning cycle and paving the way for continuous iteration and improvement of programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations to develop and deploy a comprehensive program portfolio strategy.
  • Lead team functioning as primary interface and communication hub for Strategic Sales Initiatives.
  • Identify and explore opportunities to use automation, machine learning and other technologies to improve the creation and implementation of go to market models.
  • Lead the development, implementation and execution of process improvement initiatives.
  • Represent business needs in the development of technical roadmaps, priorities and requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong record of delivering results timely and effectively, with experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules. They will also have a strong background in digital advertising, with experience designing or architecting new and existing systems.

The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market.

Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
